About the role

  • Provide personalized customer service to the brand's customers;
  • Provide post-sale customer support;
  • Build and maintain a base of loyal customers;
  • Manage and organize inventory, operate the sales system, and handle returns and exchanges;
  • Stock the store and replenish items when they are not available on the sales floor;
  • Maintain the organization, setup, and cleanliness of the display window;
  • Attend internal trainings on handmade luxury products to become a PANDORA product specialist;
  • Follow company guidelines and comply with all policies and procedures to maintain the international standards of our stores;

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent;
  • Experience in customer service and sales;
  • Clear and responsive communication skills; ability to work in fast-changing environments;
  • Availability to work a 6x1 schedule (six days on, one day off);
