About the role
- Provide personalized customer service to the brand's customers;
- Provide post-sale customer support;
- Build and maintain a base of loyal customers;
- Manage and organize inventory, operate the sales system, and handle returns and exchanges;
- Stock the store and replenish items when they are not available on the sales floor;
- Maintain the organization, setup, and cleanliness of the display window;
- Attend internal trainings on handmade luxury products to become a PANDORA product specialist;
- Follow company guidelines and comply with all policies and procedures to maintain the international standards of our stores;
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent;
- Experience in customer service and sales;
- Clear and responsive communication skills; ability to work in fast-changing environments;
- Availability to work a 6x1 schedule (six days on, one day off);
