About the role
- Provide personalized service to the brand's customers
- Handle post-sale customer support
- Build and maintain a loyal customer base
- Manage and organize inventory, operate the sales system, and handle returns and exchanges
- Restock the store and replenish items when they are not available on the sales floor
- Maintain organization and cleanliness of the display/window and assist with visual merchandising
- Participate in internal training on handmade luxury products to become a PANDORA product specialist
- Follow company guidelines by complying with all policies and procedures to maintain the international standard of our stores
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in customer service and sales
- Clear, responsive communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-changing environment
- Availability to work a 6x1 schedule (six days on, one day off)
