About the role

  • Provide personalized service to the brand's customers
  • Handle post-sale customer support
  • Build and maintain a loyal customer base
  • Manage and organize inventory, operate the sales system, and handle returns and exchanges
  • Restock the store and replenish items when they are not available on the sales floor
  • Maintain organization and cleanliness of the display/window and assist with visual merchandising
  • Participate in internal training on handmade luxury products to become a PANDORA product specialist
  • Follow company guidelines by complying with all policies and procedures to maintain the international standard of our stores

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in customer service and sales
  • Clear, responsive communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-changing environment
  • Availability to work a 6x1 schedule (six days on, one day off)
