About the role
- Analyze sales performance, implement and monitor action plans to achieve and exceed targets
- Consistently deliver an exceptional customer experience, ensuring Pandora sales methods are applied by all team members in every customer interaction
- Serve as a brand and store ambassador by embodying the company's values daily (We Dream, We Dare, We Care, We Perform)
- Motivate and inspire your team to achieve outstanding results at both individual and team levels
- Build customer loyalty through exceptional welcome and service; respond proactively and professionally to customer requests
- Efficiently create team schedules based on store needs to maximize productivity
- Effectively manage stock, including conducting in-store inventories in accordance with company policies and procedures
- Adhere to Visual Merchandising guidelines
Requirements
- Experience managing a high-volume store
- Understanding and management of profit and loss (P&L) statements
- Experience working in a KPI-driven environment and the ability to improve KPIs to ensure continuous growth and store success
- Experience managing and developing a retail sales team: recruitment, onboarding and training of new team members
- Performance evaluation and coaching/development of the team
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to liaise with all departments and senior management
- Proficiency in English is a plus for this role
- Availability to work weekends and public holidays preferred
