About the role
- Analyze sales performance, implement and monitor action plans to meet and exceed targets
- Consistently deliver an exceptional customer experience, ensuring Pandora’s sales methods are applied by all team members during every customer interaction
- Act as a brand and store ambassador by embodying the company’s values daily (We dream, We dare, We care, We perform)
- Motivate and inspire your team to achieve outstanding results, both individually and collectively
- Build customer loyalty through an exceptional welcome and service, responding proactively and professionally to customer requests
- Efficiently create the team rota according to store needs to maximize productivity
- Manage inventory effectively, including conducting in-store stock counts in compliance with company policies and procedures
- Adhere to Visual Merchandising guidelines
Requirements
- Experience managing a high-volume store
- Understanding and management of a profit & loss (P&L) account
- Experience in a KPI-driven environment and ability to improve KPIs to ensure continuous growth and the store’s success
- Experience in managing and developing a retail sales team: recruitment, onboarding and training of new team members
- Performance evaluation and skills development for the team
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to liaise with all departments and management
- English proficiency is a plus for this position
- Availability to work weekends and public holidays is preferred
