About the role

  • Drive strategic Pandora Vietnam projects, performance programs, and process optimization
  • Act as trusted advisor in all aspects of Supply Chain function
  • Analyze, Coordinate and Implement ERP System for Supply Chain for Vietnam
  • Lead internal systems implementation and integration
  • Develop scheduling guidelines and procedures
  • Develop supplier network and ensure compliance
  • Implement day-to-day procedures for logistics and warehouse management
  • Ensure sustainability best practices are followed
  • Drive continuous improvement for cost efficiency and business effectiveness

Requirements

  • Master degree or above in Supply Chain Management or related field
  • Minimum 15 years of supply chain experience (of which minimum 5 years in managerial roles)
  • Strong knowledge of complex end to end Supply Chain processes
  • Extended knowledge of Import / Export regulations
  • Lean manufacturing experience
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Ability to interact effectively within the organization
  • Strategic perspective and ability to create sustained results for Pandora
  • Ability to make hard decisions and right trade-offs
  • Self-motivated and able to lead a team
