About the role
- Fully immerse in the Pandora brand and culture, delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Spend time on the sales floor engaging with customers and driving sales
- Coach and manage a team of Assistant Store Managers and Retail Assistants
- Establish a high-performance selling environment that exceeds shopper expectations
- Foster a sense of accountability within the team to achieve KPI goals
- Ensure timely implementation of visual merchandising and operational processes
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience as a Store Manager in a high-performance selling environment
- Developed communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to connect with people at all levels of the organisation
- Strong business acumen and analytical thinking
- Skilled in recruiting, retaining, and developing exceptional teams
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 Suite, POS systems, and applicant tracking systems
