- You will support your Store Manager in leading and developing the team with passion and sensitivity
- You will help our customers accentuate their beauty and individual style with our jewelry
- The pieces evoke emotions and excitement — you create those special moments with customers in the store
- Whether in sales, during consultations, or in behind-the-scenes planning: you ensure our customers feel completely comfortable and want to return
Requirements
- Service-oriented mindset and approach

- Enjoy interacting with people
- Experience in a comparable role
- Experience in retail
- Knowledge of visual merchandising is an advantage
- Experience working with KPIs/metrics is a plus
- English language skills
