Requirements
What you’ll need- 4–7 years in channel, alliances, partnerships, or partner-led sales
- Comfort with senior people
- Operator's brain
- Coaching instinct
- Mid-market fluency
- Hybrid GTM comfort
- Existing relationships in fractional CFO networks (Nice to haves)
- Background at a Service-as-Software, fractional talent, or modern data platform company (Nice to haves)
- Experience standing up a partner program from the early innings (Nice to haves)
- Familiarity with mid-market data stacks (Snowflake, dbt, BI tools) (Nice to haves)
