About the role
- Onboarding customers - Teach lawyers and legal professionals how AI can superpower their legal research
- Drive adoption - Collaborate with management/executives to ensure adoption and success
- Build community - Find superusers and empower them to do even more with Pandektes
- Foster growth - Identify expansion opportunities and work with the rest of our team to expand our presence at existing customers
Requirements
- Fluency in German and English
- Entrepreneurial mindset, motivated by creating good relationships, top-notch customer experience and driving growth as part of our commercial team
- 4+ years of experience in customer success
- Excellent communication skills and strong ability to build trust – we value long-term customer relationships
- Eagerness to learn and openness to feedback; you value insights from others and use them to grow
- Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Strong interest in technology and enthusiasm for AI (basic knowledge of AI and LLMs is a plus)
- Willingness to develop deep knowledge of how lawyers work and conduct legal research (a legal background is an advantage but not required)
