About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide responsive and strategic support to help customers onboard smoothly
  • Lead personalized onboarding sessions, including launch plan meetings, training, and integration setup
  • Proactively drive product adoption through tailored consultations, product updates, and hands-on training
  • Lead strategic business conversations with customers to connect PandaDoc's capabilities to their core workflows
  • Partner closely with Account Management to share critical insights

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 2-3 years of SaaS customer success experience
  • Handling high volumes of customer interactions in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and empathy
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Adaptable to new challenges
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Proficient in using AI tools to synthesize customer data
