About the role
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, Data, and Product leadership to provide compelling, comprehensive insights that drive strategic decisions
- Be an expert in revenue performance metrics and support critical decision-making by analyzing and presenting key trends (e.g. ARR, NDR, churn, pipeline health, CAC, etc.) with a clear narrative/perspective.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive dashboards and reports to provide real-time visibility into revenue performance.
- Standardize reporting and analyses to ensure consistency across revenue teams, such as owning the Executive MBR cadence.
- Identify gaps in current processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and scalability.
- Partner with the Finance team to manage and improve the planning process and insights.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, FP&A, Finance, Strategy, or a related role, in a high-growth SaaS or subscription-based company; compensation experience is a plus.
- Solutions-oriented professional with a proven track record of analyzing complex data sets and delivering actionable insights to senior leadership.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate elaborate data or processes into clear, concise insights.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Advanced Excel and high proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Hex, PowerBI, Tableau).
- Thorough understanding of Salesforce workflows and reporting.
- Strong SQL or similar query languages; enjoys automating comprehensive tasks.
