About the role

  • Own and manage demo environments across multiple PandaDoc organizations and workspaces.
  • Maintain and update integrations with CRMs (Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Dynamics, SugarCRM, Monday.com), HR systems (Greenhouse, BambooHR), payment gateways (Stripe, Authorize.net, PayPal), accounting platforms (QuickBooks Online), collaboration tools (Zapier, Google Workspace, Microsoft Teams, Slack) and more.
  • Leverage APIs, webhooks, SDK, and embedded capabilities to create customized demo experiences.
  • Partner with Product Marketing to design, script, and update demo flows that highlight business value and use cases.
  • Develop Guideflow demos and recordings for high-velocity sales motions, marketing campaigns, and other initiatives where guided click-through experiences provide value.
  • Collaborate with Product Management and Sales Enablement to ensure demo content stays up to date with new product capabilities and GTM messaging.
  • Proactively identify and resolve bugs, errors, and issues within the demo environment.
  • Intake, prioritize, and execute requests for new demo capabilities or updates.
  • Partner with Product Marketing and Enablement to enable sellers and SEs on new demo content - delivering internal training sessions and explaining the “why it matters” behind changes.
  • Track and document demo environment configuration, integration details, and usage guidelines.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a Solutions Engineering, Demo Engineering, Technical Consulting, or similar technical role.
  • Proven track record managing complex SaaS environments with multiple integrations.
  • Strong technical proficiency with APIs, webhooks, SDKs, and embedded tools.
  • Experience integrating and troubleshooting CRM, HR, payment, accounting, and collaboration platforms.
  • Ability to create and script demo flows that communicate product value and resonate with business audiences.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Enablement teams.
  • Highly organized with strong documentation and process skills.
  • Self-starter who can own projects end-to-end.
