About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers, managing relationships and day-to-day communication.
  • Develop and maintain long-term partnerships with Brazilian and international clients.
  • Manage customer opportunities, quotes, follow-ups, and commercial negotiations.
  • Coordinate projects from quote approval through production, shipment, and final delivery.
  • Translate customer requirements into clear, actionable instructions for the operations team.
  • Work closely with Factory, Production, Supply Chain, Quality, and International Trade teams, with support from a Product Analyst, to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Monitor project timelines, costs, risks, and deliverables, ensuring deadlines and quality expectations are met.
  • Provide customers with regular project updates and proactively address potential issues.
  • Support the development and implementation of internal procedures, workflows, and project management standards.
  • Contribute to the structuring and growth of Panda Brazil’s commercial and operational processes.
  • Collaborate with international Panda teams and suppliers as needed.
  • Monitor market trends and customer feedback to support strategic decisions and continuous improvement.
  • Participate in company-wide initiatives and support the overall growth of Panda Brazil.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Fluent in English (reading, writing, and speaking).
  • Experience in account management, project management, sales, or customer relationship roles.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage customer expectations.
  • Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in dynamic, fast-changing environments.
  • Familiarity with collaborative and productivity tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, Notion, or similar platforms.
  • Availability for occasional international travel (2–3 times per year).
  • Genuine passion for the tabletop games industry.
  • Experience in manufacturing, printing, packaging, or tabletop game production (preferred).
  • Experience with international business and multicultural environments (preferred).
  • Knowledge of production planning, supply chain, or quality processes (preferred).
  • Experience helping to structure teams, processes, or new business operations (preferred).
  • Additional language skills (especially Spanish or Mandarin) (preferred).
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Relations, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
