About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers, managing relationships and day-to-day communication.
Develop and maintain long-term partnerships with Brazilian and international clients.
Manage customer opportunities, quotes, follow-ups, and commercial negotiations.
Coordinate projects from quote approval through production, shipment, and final delivery.
Translate customer requirements into clear, actionable instructions for the operations team.
Work closely with Factory, Production, Supply Chain, Quality, and International Trade teams, with support from a Product Analyst, to ensure smooth project execution.
Monitor project timelines, costs, risks, and deliverables, ensuring deadlines and quality expectations are met.
Provide customers with regular project updates and proactively address potential issues.
Support the development and implementation of internal procedures, workflows, and project management standards.
Contribute to the structuring and growth of Panda Brazil’s commercial and operational processes.
Collaborate with international Panda teams and suppliers as needed.
Monitor market trends and customer feedback to support strategic decisions and continuous improvement.
Participate in company-wide initiatives and support the overall growth of Panda Brazil.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Fluent in English (reading, writing, and speaking).
Experience in account management, project management, sales, or customer relationship roles.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage customer expectations.
Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in dynamic, fast-changing environments.
Familiarity with collaborative and productivity tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, Notion, or similar platforms.
Availability for occasional international travel (2–3 times per year).
Genuine passion for the tabletop games industry.
Experience in manufacturing, printing, packaging, or tabletop game production (preferred).
Experience with international business and multicultural environments (preferred).
Knowledge of production planning, supply chain, or quality processes (preferred).
Experience helping to structure teams, processes, or new business operations (preferred).
Additional language skills (especially Spanish or Mandarin) (preferred).
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Relations, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
