💰 €50,000 - €90,000 per year

About the role

  • You independently build a sales funnel (outbound via LinkedIn, phone, network & handling inbound leads)
  • You don’t sell off-the-shelf packages—you listen to the client
  • You manage the whole process from first contact through the pitch to contract negotiations
  • Once the client is won, you hand them over to our Account Managers via a structured onboarding

Requirements

  • Hunter mentality: a “no” is just the start of the negotiation
  • Minimum 2 years agency experience: you know how to sell high-ticket services
  • Technical understanding: you must understand what keeps heads of e‑commerce awake at night (relaunch, traffic loss, tech stack)
  • Strong closer: you don’t wait for the client to buy—you lead them to the close
  • Excellent German and fluent English
