About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Partner with business stakeholders to understand requirements, processes, and desired business outcomes
Facilitate requirements workshops and solution design sessions across business and technology teams
Translate business problems into technical capabilities and solution approaches
Design end-to-end solutions aligned with enterprise architecture principles, standards, and patterns
Produce clear architecture artifacts, including context diagrams, logical and physical architecture diagrams, and integration/data flow diagrams
Guide engineering teams in interpreting and implementing solution designs
Participate in Agile delivery ceremonies, design reviews, and architecture governance checkpoints
Identify and assess risks related to scalability, resiliency, security, and operational performance

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
6+ years of experience in software engineering, solution design, or related technical roles (an additional 4 years of relevant experience may be substituted in lieu of a degree)
Demonstrated experience contributing to system design and architecture decisions
Professional proficiency in both English and Spanish (written and verbal)
