Solution Architect, Bilingual English/Spanish

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Partner with business stakeholders to understand requirements, processes, and desired business outcomes
- Facilitate requirements workshops and solution design sessions across business and technology teams
- Translate business problems into technical capabilities and solution approaches
- Design end-to-end solutions aligned with enterprise architecture principles, standards, and patterns
- Produce clear architecture artifacts, including context diagrams, logical and physical architecture diagrams, and integration/data flow diagrams
- Guide engineering teams in interpreting and implementing solution designs
- Participate in Agile delivery ceremonies, design reviews, and architecture governance checkpoints
- Identify and assess risks related to scalability, resiliency, security, and operational performance
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- 6+ years of experience in software engineering, solution design, or related technical roles (an additional 4 years of relevant experience may be substituted in lieu of a degree)
- Demonstrated experience contributing to system design and architecture decisions
- Professional proficiency in both English and Spanish (written and verbal)
