About the role
- Lead the functional Workday Finance ecosystem
- Provide strategic guidance to business partners
- Oversee day-to-day production support and platform optimization
- Maintain translation tables for integrations
- Manage foreign exchange rate rules for remeasurement and translation
- Assist finance in creating EIBs
- Update validation rules
- Monitor data quality in the ledger and assist in data cleanup
- Oversee regression testing for Workday releases
- Configure, maintain, and optimize Workday Financials modules
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Finance/ERP roles
- 3+ years in Workday Financials with hands-on configuration and troubleshooting
- Production support ownership experience
- Strong accounting/financial process knowledge
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Preferred: Degree in Accounting
- Change management experience
- Workday migration experience
- Experience leading others
- Workday Pro Certifications
