Requirements

What you’ll need

Physical Therapist license in the state where the hospital or clinic resides
Current BLS certification required
One year of clinical experience preferred
Prior inpatient hospital experience or a desire and commitment to learn
Ability to provide age-appropriate, compassionate, goal-oriented, evidence-based care
Ability to collaborate with Occupational Therapists, Speech Language Pathologists, Rehabilitation Nurses, and Physicians
Ability to supervise and support Physical Therapist Assistants and other patient-care team members
Ability to maintain documentation in accordance with the Physical Therapy Practice Act, professional code of ethics, and PAM Health policies and guidelines
