About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide appropriate nursing care as directed by an RN on the nursing unit
- Gather and report patient data

- Perform other related duties as assigned or requested
Requirements
What you’ll need- Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse/Licensed Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) in the state where the hospital resides, or compact licensure if the state participates
- Current BLS certification required
- BLS certification must be AHA approved within 90 days of employment
- Current IV Certification within 90 days of employment, if required per state regulations
- One year of inpatient medical-surgical nursing experience preferred but not required
