About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Cultivate referral relationships
  • Manage assigned territory
  • Complete patient assessments
  • Make sales contacts
  • Analyze referral and admission data from the assigned territory
  • Collaborate with business development team members, including the Admissions Manager and admission staff
  • Work with nursing and other internal and external staff to facilitate referral conversion
  • Provide feedback and recommendations for program development and quality improvement initiatives related to customer service, referral and admission processes, and patient and referral source satisfaction
  • Develop and maintain relationships with prospective patients, family members, physicians, ICU and floor nurses, discharge planners, case managers, and payer representatives
  • Work under the direction of the Director of Business Development

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Current licensure in nursing, respiratory therapy, physical therapy, occupational therapy, or speech and language therapy is required
  • Minimum of two years’ experience in the designated field of license
  • Degree in a health-related field from an accredited college or university preferred
  • Prior marketing and/or rehabilitation/LTACH experience preferred
