About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide direct patient care as appropriate
- Direct and supervise the Respiratory Therapy Department
- Oversee ancillary services departments, including laboratory and radiology, depending on hospital need and structure
- Support PAM Health’s mission of providing compassionate, expert post-acute healthcare and supporting recovery through education and research
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s Degree in Respiratory (BSRC or BSRT) preferred and may be required if the hospital operates a blood gas laboratory
- Current RRT registry required
- BLS certification required
- ACLS certification required
- Minimum of three to five years of experience in cardiopulmonary activities required
- Minimum of one year experience in a supervisory capacity preferred
