About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Perform various patient care activities and accommodative services under the general supervision of a Registered or Licensed Vocational/Practical Nurse
- Perform patient care activities within the limits of the position
- Follow PAM Health policies, procedures, and guidelines
- Do not administer medications or therapy
- Do not assume independent responsibility for patient care
Requirements
What you’ll need- High school graduate or equivalent preferred
- Current BLS certification is required
- Minimum of two (2) to three (3) years of experience in an acute hospital, rehabilitation hospital, or skilled nursing unit is preferred
- Work under the general supervision of a Registered or Licensed Vocational/Practical Nurse
- Do not administer medications or therapy
- Do not assume independent responsibility for patient care
