Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High school graduate or equivalent preferred
  • Current BLS certification is required
  • Minimum of two (2) to three (3) years of experience in an acute hospital, rehabilitation hospital, or skilled nursing unit is preferred
  • Work under the general supervision of a Registered or Licensed Vocational/Practical Nurse
  • Do not administer medications or therapy
  • Do not assume independent responsibility for patient care
