Physical Therapist Assistant, PRN

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide direct patient care under the direction of the Physical Therapist
- Plan and implement specific treatment programs for individual patients according to Physical Therapy principles and practices
- Contribute to the further development of therapy services
- Remain flexible to meet system needs across different facilities
- Care for chronically and critically ill patients requiring extended hospital care
- Collaborate with teams to support compassionate care and optimal patient outcomes
Requirements
What you’ll need- PTA license in the state where the hospital or clinic resides
- Current BLS certification required
- Prior inpatient hospital experience or desire and commitment to learn
- Flexibility to meet system needs across different facilities
- Weekday and/or weekend availability
- One year of clinical experience preferred
