About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Responsible for the oversight of all dialysis medical activities throughout PAM Health designated market in a dialysis center
- Effective operational and quality management of the dialysis operations within designated market
- Develop a quality oversight program for dialysis oversight of in-house and contracted dialysis operations
- Leads and directs the work of other employees and has responsibility for personnel actions including hiring, performance management, and termination
- Establishes departmental policies, practices, and procedures that have a significant impact on the organization
Requirements
What you’ll need- Graduate from an accredited school of professional nursing and holds current licensure as a Registered Nurse
- Current BLS certification is required
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Five (3) years of dialysis experience, including one to two (1-2) years of management experience
