About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Responsible for the oversight of all dialysis medical activities throughout PAM Health designated market in a dialysis center
  • Effective operational and quality management of the dialysis operations within designated market
  • Develop a quality oversight program for dialysis oversight of in-house and contracted dialysis operations
  • Leads and directs the work of other employees and has responsibility for personnel actions including hiring, performance management, and termination
  • Establishes departmental policies, practices, and procedures that have a significant impact on the organization

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Graduate from an accredited school of professional nursing and holds current licensure as a Registered Nurse
  • Current BLS certification is required
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Five (3) years of dialysis experience, including one to two (1-2) years of management experience
