Registered Nurse, FT Days
PAM HealthRegistered Nurse (RN) providing patient care at Surprise Rehab location in Arizona. Collaborating with nursing staff to deliver high-quality care and supervising patient treatment.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Utilize the nursing process while delivering, directing and supervising care to patients admitted to the nursing unit
- Plan, coordinate, and provide patient care including interdisciplinary planning, discharge planning, patient and family teaching for post-hospitalization
- Access community resources
- May perform other related duties as assigned or requested, including Charge Nurse (ACLS certification required)
Requirements
What you’ll need- RN License in the state you are applying
- Current BLS certification
- Current ACLS certification preferred (required after 90 days of employment)
- One year of inpatient medical-surgical nursing experience preferred but not required
- Prior experience in emergency or critical care environments (preferred)
- Higher comfort level working with vents/trachs/PICC lines, etc. (preferred)
- 2 years of experience in direct patient care (preferred)
