Behavioral Therapist, LMSW, LMFT, LPC
PAM HealthBehavioral Therapist providing diagnostic assessments and therapy for a diverse patient population at PAM Health. Reporting to the Director of Social Services, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide diagnostic assessments, therapy, and counseling support services for a mixed caseload
- Assist with the development of treatment plans
- Conduct individual family assessments
- Consult with attending psychiatrist or medical director concerning treatment plans and plan of care
- Document interventions
- Provide referrals to outside resources
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary treatment team
Requirements
What you’ll need- Master’s in Social Work with independent licensure in LICSW or LMFT with supervision ability preferred
- LPC and LGSW’s will also be considered
- Current BLS certification required
- Crisis management certification per hospital policy and standards required
- 2-3 years of experience in diagnostic assessment and therapy services
