Key responsibilities & impact- Provide direct patient care as appropriate, while directing and supervising the Respiratory Therapy Department.
- Oversight of ancillary services departments, to include laboratory and radiology, dependent upon hospital need and structure.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s Degree in Respiratory (BSRC or BSRT) preferred and may be required if the hospital operates a blood gas laboratory.
- Current RRT registry required.
- BLS and ACLS certification required.
- Minimum of three to five years of experience in cardiopulmonary activities required.
- Minimum of one year experience in a supervisory capacity preferred.
