About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Responsible for nursing unit communication
- Serve as a receptionist
- Maintain patient records
- Transcribe and communicate physician orders
- Maintain order at the nursing station
- Perform other related duties as assigned or requested
Requirements
What you’ll need- High school graduate or equivalent preferred
- Certification as a Unit Secretary preferred
- Previous work experience in a medical environment preferred
- Experience with office equipment desirable
