Respiratory Therapist, RCP – PRN Nights
PAM Health. Perform routine therapy, diagnostic and emergency cardiopulmonary procedures for patients in PAM Health hospitals.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Perform routine therapy, diagnostic and emergency cardiopulmonary procedures for patients in PAM Health hospitals.
- Maintain all equipment in working order.
- Provide phlebotomy and basic laboratory testing for the patient population as required or requested.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Must be certified or licensed in the state where the hospital resides to practice respiratory care.
- Must possess and maintain current BLS and ACLS certification.
- Blood gas licensure required if employed in the state of Nevada.
- Preferably an associate degree, at least a high school diploma is required for hospitals that perform arterial punctures and/or run blood gases.
- Minimum of one-year clinical respiratory experience preferred.
