About the role

  • Responsible for the technological vision and building the platform’s automated multi‑channel control
  • Leading technical due diligence and the post‑merger integration (PMI) of acquired companies
  • Managing tech teams and developing a scalable organization with a hands‑on mentality
  • Technical sparring partner for the board and the CEOs within the parent company
  • Fostering an entrepreneurial mindset and driving innovation

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in a CTO, VP Engineering or comparable leadership role
  • Deep technical understanding of modern IT architectures (e.g., microservices, API‑first, Cloud/AWS, AI)
  • Experience in data‑driven environments such as e‑commerce, AdTech or FinTech
  • Decisiveness and the ability to make independent decisions and define technical trade‑offs
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to discuss complex technical topics at eye level
  • Fluent German and English
