About the role
- You are responsible for the technical and disciplinary leadership of a 6-person team in Automation Solutions and actively shape the strategic vision and future direction of the automation landscape
- Together with the team, you steer the planning, prioritization and implementation of automation solutions, taking into account regulatory requirements, industry-specific standards and internal policies
- You identify suitable processes for Robotic Process Automation, evaluate new technologies and tools, and drive the continuous advancement of the overall automation strategy
- With strong conceptual skills, you analyze complex business processes, uncover untapped potential, and decide where automation delivers the greatest value
- As a communicative interface, you work closely with internal departments (service and product teams), external partners and management
Requirements
- Experience in holistic team leadership—ideally in a technology- or process-oriented environment
- Knowledge of Robotic Process Automation or other intelligent automation technologies, digital workflows, or regulatory IT solutions
- Technical affinity in working with IT infrastructures, interface management, system configurations and/or software solutions (on-premises / cloud-based)
- Strong analytical thinking and the ability to capture and communicate complex topics to different audiences, including translating them into practical solutions
- High customer and service orientation, strong execution skills and a sense of responsibility
- German and English language skills at C1/C2 level
