About the role

  • Drive execution of the sales growth strategy across the assigned territory
  • Manage sales activities through a balanced 50/50 approach: Distribution management and Direct account management
  • Own and drive the entire sales process from opportunity identification to closed deal using CRM tools
  • Find, grow, and win new opportunities
  • Negotiate contracts in accordance with company policies to maximize customer and company value
  • Provide input to sales forecasts and validate larger account projections
  • Ensure strong post-sales administration discipline
  • Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders throughout the sales process
  • Identify and suggest new product or application development opportunities based on customer insights

Requirements

  • 5–7 years of technical sales experience within industrial applications
  • Preferably experience within polymer or related industries
  • Self-starter mindset with a strong desire to learn and grow
  • Strong commercial drive with the ability to work independently
