About the role
- Drive execution of the sales growth strategy across the assigned territory
- Manage sales activities through a balanced 50/50 approach: Distribution management and Direct account management
- Own and drive the entire sales process from opportunity identification to closed deal using CRM tools
- Find, grow, and win new opportunities
- Negotiate contracts in accordance with company policies to maximize customer and company value
- Provide input to sales forecasts and validate larger account projections
- Ensure strong post-sales administration discipline
- Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders throughout the sales process
- Identify and suggest new product or application development opportunities based on customer insights
Requirements
- 5–7 years of technical sales experience within industrial applications
- Preferably experience within polymer or related industries
- Self-starter mindset with a strong desire to learn and grow
- Strong commercial drive with the ability to work independently
