About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Operate within a focused team to protect the world's largest organizations using Machine Identity Security solutions
  • Translate and deliver customers' business and technical Machine Identity Management needs
  • Prepare and deliver specialized solution workshops demonstrating expertise in the Machine Identity Security Platform
  • Evaluate existing business processes, propose process improvements, and track customer Machine Identity Management program success
  • Ensure the success of multiple customer accounts as a dedicated advocate and subject matter expert
  • Document patterns and blueprints for developers and cloud teams
  • Maintain collaborative relationships with Palo Alto Networks teams, partner organizations, and customer organizations
  • Deploy the software platform and professional services to global enterprise customers
  • Simplify governance and reduce risk exposure
  • Guide organizations through automated processes, cloud technologies, and DevOps methodologies

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum of 7 years of consulting experience working within large-scale enterprise IT environments
  • Proven business acumen to identify critical business problems and articulate effective solutions to customers
  • Extensive experience automating Machine Identity Management using MIM platforms, APIs, Adaptable framework and connectors
  • Strong expertise with scripting and APIs for automation utilizing PowerShell, Python, JavaScript, or similar languages
  • Direct working experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and OpenShift
  • Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, and GCP
  • Proficiency with Terraform, Ansible, Chef, or Jenkins
  • Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Deep understanding of Public Key Infrastructure (PKI), including technology, standards, and enterprise implementations
  • AWS or Azure Architect Certification is highly preferred
  • Deep understanding of cloud models, cloud providers, multi-cloud environments, and hybrid environments
  • Prior experience in a consultative, sales engineer, or enterprise architect role
  • Formal software development training and hands-on coding experience
  • Venafi Security Administrator (VSA) certification
  • Industry-recognized security certifications such as CISSP
  • Experience with TLS/SSL technologies including F5, NetScaler, IIS, Apache, WebLogic, or WebSphere
  • No immigration sponsorship available; applicants must not require work visa sponsorship
