About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Define the gold standard for deploying Cortex platforms, especially Cortex XSIAM, XDR, XSOAR, and Cortex Cloud
Design, document, and govern repeatable technical deployment methodologies and standards
Translate SOC transformation roadmaps and architectural visions into actionable deployment workflows
Serve as the primary technical bridge between pre-sales/STAs, post-sales delivery, TAC, COE, Product Management, and Product Engineering
Act as the ultimate escalation point for complex deployment challenges, including custom parsers, API integrations, and XSIAM correlation engineering
Relay field feedback to influence product roadmaps and apply COE best practices to local delivery
Lead technical enablement, mentoring, quality assurance, and consultant deliverable reviews
Upskill the team for AI-driven SOC operations and cloud security upgrades
Convert consultant downtime into technical initiatives, training, and process improvements

Requirements

What you’ll need

Extensive hands-on experience deploying, architecting, and optimizing advanced SIEM, SOAR, and SOC technologies in large enterprise environments
Deep expertise in log parsing, normalization, enrichment, and detection engineering
Expert knowledge of Cortex XSIAM, Cortex Cloud, XSOAR, XDR, or platforms such as Splunk, Sentinel, and QRadar
Ability to design scalable technical methodologies and translate complex architecture into operational workflows
Strong scripting and automation skills, including Python and SQL
Experience designing API integrations and response playbooks
Track record as a senior escalation point for difficult technical challenges
Excellent cross-functional communication skills across consultants, architects, support, and product engineering
Relevant bachelor’s degree or industry-recognized qualifications such as CISSP, GIAC, or SIEM vendor qualifications
Must be eligible to work without immigration sponsorship; the company will not sponsor work visas for this position
