About the role
- Collaborate with regional leadership and cross-functional teams to drive engagement and sales of the SASE portfolio to customers and partners
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to deliver accurate business forecasting and consistently exceed assigned quotas
- Maintain deep subject matter expertise on the SASE portfolio, emerging security threats, and the competitive landscape
- Educate customers and partners on the modern network security landscape, establishing yourself as a trusted advisor
- Proactively identify and pursue cross-sell and up-sell opportunities within new and existing accounts
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with channel partners to drive sales and expand market reach through a channel-centric approach
- Conduct compelling presentations, webinars, and learning sessions for a variety of technical and business audiences
- Leverage all available internal resources to achieve sales objectives and ensure customer success
Requirements
- Demonstrable track record of exceeding sales quotas in a high-tempo, technology-focused sales environment
- Experience selling network infrastructure-based security solutions such as SASE, SD-WAN, Firewalls, SSL/IPSec VPNs, or Security Proxies
- Strong understanding of a channel-centric go-to-market approach and experience selling with and through channel partners
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Ability to travel 50% or more throughout the assigned territory for customer meetings and company events
- Practical experience working with routing and switching products
- Technical acumen sufficient to lead initial technical discussions and product demonstrations independently
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to work with a high level of autonomy and self-direction.
