About the role
- Sell Palo Alto Networks products and solutions through Channel Partners and directly to customers in the region
- Lead and drive sales engagements; identify business challenges and create solutions
- Understand competitive landscape and customer needs to position Palo Alto Networks portfolio
- Create clear goals and accurate forecasting through detailed territory plan
- Leverage prospect stories to create value propositions tailored to accounts
- Stay updated on industry news and trends and travel as necessary within territory and to company meetings
- Participate in FLIGHT onboarding program and collaborate with sales team and partners
Requirements
- Experience and knowledge of SaaS-based architectures, ideally in a networking and/or security industry
- Demonstrated experience selling complex solutions, value selling, and/or consultative sales techniques
- Technical aptitude for understanding how technology products and solutions solve business problems
- Identifies problems, reviews data, determines the root causes, and provides scalable solutions
- Cultivate relationships with channel partners and channel-centric go-to-market approach
- Demonstrates in depth knowledge of the full sales cycle and ability to follow a structured sales process
- Ability to take a holistic approach to problem solving by understanding the bigger picture
- Excellent time management skills and ability to work with high autonomy and self-direction
- Motor-vehicle requirement: reliable transportation and valid driver’s license may be required
