About the role
- Drive and mentor a high-performing sales team focused on Cortex Cloud business
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of high-performing sales specialists
- Cultivate a culture of accountability, innovation and continuous learning
- Drive strategic sales initiatives ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Engage in executive-level discussions with CIOs and CISOs
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support deal execution
- Develop and implement data-driven sales strategies
Requirements
- 10+ years of field sales experience in cybersecurity
- At least 3 years in a leadership role
- Proven ability to lead and develop high-performance sales teams
- Strong understanding of complex solution sales methodologies
- Experience selling SIEM, EDR, XDR, SOC and SOAR solutions
- Established relationships with key security decision-makers (CIOs, CISOs)
- Expertise in channel and partner sales strategies
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed sales organization
