About the role
- Oversee delivery of proactive consulting services
- Provide expert-level Security Operations Center (SOC) assessment and transformation services
- Collaborate with BDM and CSM for pipeline generation
- Lead conversations with clients for prospective engagements
- Partner with Unit 42 executive team to develop strategy
- Drive innovation in proactive offerings
- Manage team productivity through utilization targets
- Recruit and onboard talent
- Support professional growth of consultants
Requirements
- 10+ years of hands-on experience delivering a wide range of cybersecurity consulting services
- Experience in security operations, application security, cloud security, red & purple teaming, cybersecurity risk assessments, cybersecurity strategy & transformations, cyber crisis management, and Zero Trust
- Experience as a senior-level team leader overseeing consultants
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Security, Computer Science, Digital Forensics, Cyber Security, or equivalent
- Professional industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM
