About the role
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to develop competitive positioning strategies
- Lead on-site workshops and technical design sessions
- Proactively identify and resolve deployment challenges
- Deliver high-touch post-sales engagement to drive product adoption
- Collect, analyze, and synthesize customer and field feedback
- Develop and deliver advanced technical training and enablement content
- Conduct ongoing market and competitive analysis to monitor IoT threat trends
Requirements
- 10+ years of hands-on experience in IoT, OT, IIoT, IoMT, and network security
- Comprehensive understanding of passive IoT security solutions
- Strong wired and wireless network architecture skills
- Extensive experience with passive network data collection solutions
- Proficient in networking topologies and IoT communication protocols
- Hands-on expertise with Network Access Control and Next-Generation Firewall solutions
- Experience with enterprise and security platforms
- Proven experience preparing compelling RFI/RFP/RFQ responses
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
