About the role
- Provide specialist expertise for France and Netherlands related ER topics
- Lead investigations on employee relations matters
- Coach leaders during performance improvement efforts
- Partner with the PBP and ER teams with local country and compliance projects
Requirements
- 7+ years of Employee Relations or employment legal experience
- Deep expertise in France and/or the Netherlands
- Excellent coaching and training skills
- Ability to influence and negotiate positive outcomes
- Experience conducting investigations
- Experience engaging with Workers Councils in France and/or Netherlands
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Legal degree preferred
- Fluency in English is required.
- Additional languages are an advantage, particularly French or Dutch.
