About the role
- Partner with the Unit 42 executive team, sales, and service line leaders to develop a comprehensive strategy
- Manage goals and milestones to achieve quarterly, annual, and long-term objectives
- Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with key clientele
- Ensure the consistency and quality of all services, delivering the highest level of customer service
- Recruit, onboard, and retain world-class talent
- Support the professional growth of consultants through training and technical enablement
Requirements
- Experience developing new business and building client relationships
- Has led cybersecurity advisory engagements for global enterprise customers
- Client services mindset
- Strong presentation, communication, and presentation skills
- Technical proficiency in a wide range of cybersecurity services
- Cybersecurity industry certifications such as CISSP and/or CISM a plus
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent military experience
