About the role

  • Apply and reconcile payments. Ensure customer payments are accurately applied to customer accounts
  • Prepare and manage transfers. Prepare weekly wire transfers across bank accounts
  • Manage exceptions. Research unapplied cash or discrepancies; collaborate with Billing & Collections
  • Review cash collections vs. forecasts. Compare cash collected to cash expected
  • Open and manage bank accounts with sub-servicer. Coordinate the setup and management of new bank accounts
  • Ensure data integrity. Maintain accurate transaction records and reconciliations
  • Strengthen controls. Support internal control processes
  • Drive process improvement. Identify root causes of recurring issues and recommend enhancements

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 2-4 years of experience in cash application, accounts receivable, or related finance operations
  • Experience with Netsuite and payment platforms preferred
  • Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Excel; experience with Looker or other reporting tools a plus
  • Good collaboration and communication skills
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Knowledge of construction or solar industry preferred
