About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide vital administrative support to a growing portfolio of over 50s lifestyle resorts across the Eastern coastline
  • Manage administrative tasks related to allocated resorts
  • Set up, process, and receipt site fees
  • Manage invoicing and receipting for electricity, phone, internet, gas, and water utilities
  • Set up site files for new residents
  • Manage rent arrears, dishonours, and finalise site agreements
  • Prepare rent increase letters, breach notices, tribunal applications, and resident communications
  • Handle banking and mail
  • Answer phone inquiries
  • Support caretakers, sales, and residents

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Proven experience in an administration or accounts-based role in a high volume environment
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
  • Experience with property management or accounting systems
  • RMS knowledge is a bonus
  • Proactive, customer-focused approach with a team player attitude
  • A National Police Clearance
  • Pre-employment medical check required
