Personal Care Assistant

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Assist residents with personal care, hygiene, and mobility
- Support residents’ emotional and social needs
- Maintain accurate care documentation
- Collaborate with the clinical and lifestyle teams to enhance resident experiences
Requirements
What you’ll need- Certificate III in Aged Care, Individual Support (or equivalent)
- A current National Police Check
- A caring and respectful approach towards residents
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A positive and enthusiastic attitude
- Empathy with elderly residents and their families
- Knowledge of Autumn Care would be highly regarded although not essential
- Experience working in an Australian Aged Care Facility highly regarded
