Lifestyle Assistant

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Deliver a diverse range of individual and group activities that enrich the lives of our residents
- Work closely with the Clinical Manager and Lifestyle Team Leader
- Promote dignity, independence, and quality of life for those in our care
- Be part of a collaborative and supportive team, focused on continual improvement and resident wellbeing.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Previous experience in a similar role
- Certificate III in Aged Care, Individual Support (or equivalent)
- A current National Police Check
- Demonstrated understanding of AN-ACC framework
- Knowledge of Autumn Care (highly regarded but not essential)
- Certificate IV in Leisure and Health (or working towards)
- Enthusiasm and creativity to enrich the lives of our residents
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- A compassionate approach and empathy for older people and their families.
