About the role

  • Identify and research potential leads through LinkedIn, company websites, and industry events; qualify leads based on defined criteria and track/manage them in a CRM.
  • Conduct outbound communication including cold calls, emails, and social media outreach; craft compelling, personalized messages and communicate Pallon's value proposition.
  • Arrange qualified meetings between prospects and Account Executives and follow up to confirm attendance.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives and Marketing to align strategies, provide reports on activity and pipeline metrics, and offer feedback on lead quality.
  • Participate in training programs to enhance sales skills and contribute to best practices and process improvements.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in sales, business development, or a customer-facing role is a plus but not required.
  • Must be a German Native Speaker with strong communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to craft compelling messages.
  • Comfort with outbound prospecting, including cold calling, emailing, and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
  • Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Availability within a timezone that is either the same, or maximum +/- 1 hour away from Zurich (application requirement).
