Identify and research potential leads through LinkedIn, company websites, and industry events; qualify leads based on defined criteria and track/manage them in a CRM.
Conduct outbound communication including cold calls, emails, and social media outreach; craft compelling, personalized messages and communicate Pallon's value proposition.
Arrange qualified meetings between prospects and Account Executives and follow up to confirm attendance.
Collaborate with Account Executives and Marketing to align strategies, provide reports on activity and pipeline metrics, and offer feedback on lead quality.
Participate in training programs to enhance sales skills and contribute to best practices and process improvements.
Requirements
Prior experience in sales, business development, or a customer-facing role is a plus but not required.
Must be a German Native Speaker with strong communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to craft compelling messages.
Comfort with outbound prospecting, including cold calling, emailing, and LinkedIn outreach.
Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Availability within a timezone that is either the same, or maximum +/- 1 hour away from Zurich (application requirement).
