About the role

  • Oversee the end-to-end management of the Biohack-It Podcast
  • Ensure seamless coordination between production, publishing, and promotional efforts
  • Upload all finalized podcast episodes to Spotify for Podcasters, Apple Podcasts, and YouTube
  • Edit short-form video clips from podcast episodes
  • Strategize and execute content posting schedules to increase downloads and subscriber growth
  • Monitor analytics to assess performance and propose adjustments
  • Act as the main liaison between the host, and YouTube/social media teams
  • Track key performance indicators and provide monthly reports
  • Propose new guest speakers for upcoming seasons

Requirements

  • At least five years of relevant experience in podcast production and promotion
  • Experience collaborating in a team
  • Experience scaling media properties
