Palco is a company providing technology and financial services to help people with disabilities and aging individuals live independently and thrive in their homes and communities
Responsible for direction and leadership of a product within Palco, including creating and executing a product plan to meet corporate goals and initiatives
Owner of product roadmap and creator of vision that guides development teams
Set vision for assigned product to maximize market penetration, prioritize product and customer requirements, and manage internal and external relationships
Collaborate with Palco’s Director and IT teams to ensure alignment with company strategy and goals
Manage product planning and execution through the product lifecycle and set clear implementation direction for implementation teams
Requirements
Create short-term and long-term product visions for various Palco solutions
Research industry trends and market demands
Anticipate market and industry trends and client demands
Provide innovative new products and client-focused solutions
Demonstrate a passion for understanding customer problems and creating innovative solutions
Gather and document product requirements from relevant parties
Manage key initiatives and set clear product implementation direction
Be responsible for product planning and execution through the product lifecycle
Work with product owners and IT teams to achieve product vision and roadmap
Proven leader, able to influence at all levels of the organization
Proven ability to work collaboratively within an Agile framework to influence development teams
Strong technology background and aptitude for staying current with software technologies
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet implementation deadlines
Communicates clearly with internal and external users, including presenting new ideas and listening to feedback
Develop project plans to release new features to market
Strong leadership and organizational skills to manage projects effectively
Experience working with Healthcare or Self-Direction Programs a plus but not necessary
Bachelor’s degree preferred
5 or more years of experience in Product Management
