Key responsibilities & impact

Improve the structure of the corporate (PJ) credit collections area, expanding responsibilities and the team
Review and adjust the collections strategy and timelines according to delinquency profiles
Lead credit recovery strategies connected to CDT
Manage and oversee third parties responsible for collections
Expand and lead the collections team
Monitor recovery KPIs and propose strategic adjustments
Report results and area progress to the Manager of the Relationship Division
