About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Structure and lead financial planning — budgeting, forecasting and long-term strategy.
  • Build robust financial models: unit economics, cohort analysis, cash flow and funding requirements.
  • Monitor KPIs and performance with a critical, decision-oriented mindset.
  • Directly support leadership in defining strategy and capital allocation.
  • Manage daily cash flow, liquidity and working capital — with hands-on execution, not just oversight.
  • Operate and optimize accounts payable/receivable routines and reconciliations.
  • Establish financial controls and treasury processes from scratch or by evolving existing frameworks.
  • Ensure quality, consistency and reliability of financial information.
  • Design processes, internal controls and financial governance.
  • Interface with accounting, audit and legal teams.
  • Build a scalable finance function with high standards of execution.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or related fields.
  • Solid experience in FP&A, treasury and/or capital markets.
  • Practical experience with structured transactions or credit products.
  • Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, preferably with AI tools.
  • Execution-oriented profile — ability to combine analytical insight with concrete day-to-day delivery.
  • Excellent communication and ability to engage with leadership and senior stakeholders.
