About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Monitor and manage the sales funnel for each channel, identifying bottlenecks and proposing actions to resolve them at each stage.
  • Develop incentive strategies and campaigns to increase volume and conversion among partners.
  • Identify opportunities to expand the channel network by evaluating potential new distributors and leading negotiations for new agreements.
  • Monitor partner performance indicators (lead generation, conversion, origination) and report internally with an analytical perspective.
  • Coordinate integrated actions with Product, CRM, and Operations teams to ensure partners receive adequate support to sell effectively.
  • Participate in strategic meetings and events with partners, representing Paketá and strengthening the channel ecosystem.
  • Propose improvements to the partnership model based on data and field feedback.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • Solid experience in partnership management, distribution channels, or B2B business development.
  • Strong knowledge of sales funnel management and conversion metrics.
  • Analytical skills to monitor KPIs and make data-driven decisions.
  • Senior profile with the autonomy to work independently and propose strategic directions.
  • Experience in fintechs, HRtechs, or companies with a B2B2C model.
  • Proven track record in building and developing channels within large corporations.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
  • Experience with go-to-market via indirect channels.
  • Advanced English.
  • MBA or postgraduate degree in Business, Commercial Management, or related fields.
